Delivery:
Orders will usually be received within 2 working days (UK only) providing we are not waiting for stock or payment. At busy periods such as Christmas please allow 7 days. For International customers please contact us for a more specific estimation.
All UK mainland orders will be sent via 24 hour delivery when the goods are ready to leave. All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt of goods and are fully trackable online.
From first of January 2021 we will not charge VAT on orders to all EU countries. But as the importer you should check VAT and duty charged by your country at the point of import.
Breakages & Shortages:
All breakages & shortages must be strictly reported, in writing, within 3 days of receipt of goods, otherwise we will not accept responsibility.
